Your Say works closely with Person Centred Training Solutions (PCTS) to ensure that Advocates are equipped to carry out their work in a professional way.

PCTS is an approved City & Guilds Training Centred that delivers the NVQ Level 4 in Independent Advocacy and all of the Your Say team have either completed or are working towards the professional Advocacy qualification.
